About Me

AVAGASAFARI comes from the combination of a vagabond and safari. To me, the world is a safari, and I am merely a vagabond exploring all of the awesome things it offers.

Originally from the US, I've been traveling around the world for a while, and have lived in a few different countries while running my businesses which are focused on real estate and consulting. I previously worked in tech as a product owner and software engineer. In my free time, I enjoy trying out different types of food, watching documentaries, travel hacking, learning languages, and producing music.

Everything started in June of 2015. I had booked a Megabus ride to Toronto, Canada that was on sale with a few friends. It was suppose to be a short getaway trip to escape the hustle and bustle of New York (where I was working at the time) before returning back to the city to settle down and continue growing my career in tech. However, things took a quick turn. I ended up taking the 12 to sometimes 14 hour bus ride between New York and Toronto on a daily basis to research and purchase my first foreign property while indulging in my passion for traveling which was getting more and more addictive.

By the following year, I had successfully purchased property in Toronto, and also booked a trip for Asia which included visiting Thailand, Hong Kong, and Japan. After an amazing trip, I decided to focus on working remote, and established my own first company that acquired and developed real estate throughout the United States. In the following years, I was able to visit nearly 50 countries, and continue expanding my business without relying on a traditional 9 to 5 job. The adventures never end, and I would like to share my experiences with others so that they can live their lives to the fullest.
